Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with our products, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our email address is: support@famisafe.com
  • If, for non-quality reasons, you apply for a refund, you must notify us and return the product to us within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Famisafe's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
  • Returns must include all accessories and make sure the original packaging is undamaged. Please pack your items carefully for return. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
  • When returning items for non-quality reasons, buyer assumes responsibility for any cost (shipping fees included) incurred in transit. Famisafe does not provide refunds for any cost during transit.
  • If, for quality-related reasons, you decide to apply for a refund, you must notify us and submit your claim with the following information:
    1. Your Order Number
    2. Return Quantity
    3. Brief Description of the Problem(better with photos or video)
  • We will contact you and give you a response as soon as possible within 24 hours.
  • We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice.
  • Famisafe reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
